Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Italywants Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@italywants.property and include:
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
